Meet The Business Founder

Hello! Amanda here, the founder of Centre For New Leadership. I am a leadership consultant, coach and facilitator with many years experience in the worlds of business, leadership, and change.

My approach to realising business and people potential is based on supporting leaders to access the inner stability of a settled mind and body, as the platform for choices and actions of integrity. The approach, which I talk about in my Amazon Best Seller book The Stability Effect, combines new thinking and practical wisdom gained from decades working at the coal face of people and organisational transformation. Deeply relational, it revolves around being able to stay centred in your body amid uncertainty, discern direction amid conflicting pulls and information overload, and move forward purposefully in right timing. All the while bringing people with you and creating the conditions for excellence.

Some Of The Ways We Can Work Together

A one day 1:1 intensive for senior leaders to create the space to think, reconnect with what they really want, discern the way forward, and action plan.

1:1 coaching programmes to support leaders in an age of uncertainty. Choose a Power Hour or a Six Session Adventure and realise more of your leadership potential.

A unique 12 week opportunity to join a group of female leaders at a threshold in their work and life who want to make wise choices for their future, aligned with their deeper self.

Here's how some former clients have benefitted from working with me.

I worked with Amanda over a 6 month period alongside a leadership course. Her coaching came at a time of significant change in my life and her holistic approach enabled us to have broad and powerful conversations identifying patterns and commonalities across all aspects of my life and career. Her sessions gave me fresh thinking and inspiration for the future whilst being grounded in building a strong understanding of my personal leadership strengths and how to maximise their impact. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Amanda and would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Amanda worked with us to help create a cultural change in the way we develop our people. Her approach involved gathering data from key stakeholders and designing and facilitating workshops where we agreed the changes we wanted and identified how we might go about achieving our ambitions. Her vast experience of working within professional service firms and her talent for combining theory with practicality added significant value to us. Working with Amanda has made a positive impact within our business.

I have just finished the programme and I have to say it was an amazing journey. The structure of the sessions every week is thoughtfully constructed and flows very naturally. Amanda also has the intuition and skill to allow flexibility where there are specific issues that come up that may not "fit" with that week! She is an incredible individual, who has the ability to engage so genuinely and fully that it is quite humbling. I always finish a session feeling motivated, invigorated and with a positive feeling deep inside. It is a special gift to be able to engage in this way over video - but Amanda is able to deliver on her promise. I would highly recommend joining for the next program and I would be happy to give more feedback directly to anyone who is contemplating taking part.

Resilience is widely accepted as an ability to adapt and bounce back when things don't go as planned. 2020 hasn’t and isn’t going as planned. I’ve coined it the year of HIRT...High Impact Resilience Training. A quick google search will reveal great information online...

Lessons From Clay

Lessons From Clay

A memory popped up on face-book recently reminding me of a creative retreat I’d attended based on working with clay. I remember the day clearly. It was fun, deep (without being heavy), stimulating, fully absorbing, and left me wanting more. There was something...

Listen In

On the 13th June I visited Kew Gardens for the first time in months. I was so excited to be getting in my car, meeting a friend and going somewhere other than the local Common for a walk. The usual noisy traffic hotspots on the way to Kew were beautifully quiet. Once...
