Monday Morning Motivation Group

 Every Monday Morning at 8am BST for 6 weeks ending 25 May

It’s easy to lose direction in the midst of an experience of the enormity of COVID-19 so here’s an opportunity to re-orient from the inside out and establish a foundation for purposeful action.

When we bring awareness to what we appreciate about ourselves, the progress we’re making, and our intentions and aims for the week ahead, we form a container that supports us to stay focussed, motivated and effective. When we add to this group support and accountability, we individually and collectively set ourselves up for success.

Join Mandy each Monday at 8am BST for a complimentary half hour gathering where you’ll be settling in with a brief meditation and direction setting for the week ahead using a new approach to staying motivated that is both grounded in academic research (Kristin Neff, Teresa Amabile, Bruce Lipton) and aligned to the uncertain environment that we are in. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn one new tool each week to help you stay on track. Think of our time together as a “moving through and beyond COVID-19 weekly scrum”, held in a safe space of supportive connection. Everyone is welcome.

Meet Mandy

Hello! I am a professional coach and facilitator with a wealth of experience of the worlds of change, leadership and business. My approach to supporting people and organisations to lead themselves and others through change is unconventional and transformational. It involves making contact with the steadiness that is always within you, living with access to a purpose and passion that will sustain you through difficulty, and shifting perceptions which block change.
